Alex Wright was born April 1968.  Alex has a professional background in  Early Childhood Education and has enjoyed creating stories since the age of 8 years old. Alex has won several awards for storytelling throughout her education in DC public schools. Although Alex identifies herself as a Novelist, with her inspirational author's being Daniele Steel and John Grisham, she enjoys writing children stories best.  Alex strongly believes that children who read  regularly  learns how to use their imaginations in positive ways that lead to our future authors and all sought of other  professions. Reading that to your child, having your child to read to you, or listing to an audible story together creates strong parent and child bonds, says Alex.  In addition to creative writing, she enjoys her dual roles as a wife, mother and grandmother.  Alex also enjoys reading, cooking, being a Christian and spending time with her family and friends. Alex resides with her husband in Oxon Hill, Maryland, with her 7 children and 10 grandchildren whom lives nearby
